OBJECTIVE:

I have 6 years experience as an Airline Agent working for PIEDMONT Airlines, and US Airways. I learned valuable experience in Customer, Ramp, and Lost Baggage Services. I also have 7 years experience in Software Development on IBM VM Mainframe where in addition to other responsibilities I did Database Programming and Administration for the in-house created Problem Reporting System (called The PPR System) for the entire US Airways Computer Systems using SQL administration/programming techniques and the REXX Programming language. I wrote Database maintenance updates, interface enhancements, and system automation. I was awarded a plaque by US Airways CIO for my accomplishments. I have 2 ½ years of experience in PC programming. I wrote functions in Visual Basic for Applications to improve on the internal ones that come with Microsoft Office 97/2000. I have worked on VB6 and C++ programs to add functionality or enhancing current functionality. I am a proactive self-starter and a detail-oriented person that will ensure my programs will work correctly with minimal supervision. I have engineered software utilities to make a user base more productive and databases more efficient using SQL administration and programming techniques.
